All shipment include tracking number:
- USA - FREE RUSH SHIPPING with tracking (3-5 days) on orders over $125.
- Canada - FREE RUSH SHIPPING with tracking (3-5 days) for orders over CAD $150.Shipped from our Ottawa, Canada warehouse using Canada Post.
- All Other Countries - Shipping starts at $45+ DHL International with tracking. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Customs may delay arrival. VAT is not included and may have to be paid to customs for delivery to be complete. Biotopic is not responsible for paying your country's VAT.

All orders are processed within 24 hours and are often shipped the same day. Once picked up by our mail courier, your order is issued a tracking number which is emailed to your inbox. In some cases, It may take up to 5 days for tracking to activate. Your order will be delivered to your door or P.O. Box within 7 days.
