Safflower Oil is nutritionally similar to Sunflower Seed Oil which is rich in Vitamin E and Beta-keratin (which turns into Vitamin A). It's also rich in Oleic Acid which helps promote hair growth and strengthens hair follicles. Plus, it acts as a natural sunblock by helping keep the scalp protected from UV rays from the sun.
