Biotopic does not operate in Canada anymore. Everything is shipped from the States. Not only it takes 4+ weeks to ship, but most importantly the orders are subject TO HEFTY IMPORT FEE!!! This was not the case in the past, and is nowhere mentioned on their website, which still pretends it is a Canadian site. Hence this was my last order from them. I'm not ready to pay more than 25% extra on every order...

I am always on the look out for products that will help my hair feel great, look better, and that will reduce the thinning. I have tried everything in the past: supplements and vitamins, shampoos, conditioners, post-wash leave-in sprays, and laser treatments. While there have been improvements, they have been minimal. Still, I keep hoping and trying different things that cross my path in the unexpected event that something will finally reverse my hair loss and give me a full head of hair again.

A few of my friends who know my problems recommended that I try this. It's a topical hair spray meant to be applied twice a day to help with hair loss and rejuvenate the scalp. By this point, I'll give almost anything a try. The bottle has information on the solution: purpose, directions, and ingredients. The bottle is both sleek and attractive with an easy-to-use press-and-spray top.

According to the literature, you're supposed to start seeing results some little time after you start using it. Yet, after only a couple of uses, my hair actually felt thicker. It's subtle, of course, but when I put it up (I'm a dude with long hair), my ponytail is thicker than ever and it feels like a full head of hair when I run my hands through it. Even my family, which is pretty clueless when it comes to most of my physical changes, noticed that my hair looked healthier and nicer. I can't say enough good things about this.

Great Improvement

Great shampoo, conditioner and regrowth system. Hair gets noticeably longer quickly. I'd recommend this for product for hair loss.

I've ordered a few different times over the year. I'm not using this very constantly, but girlfriend is saying hair my looks nicer. Shampoo and conditioner lasts longer than the other products, like 3 months or more. so one you order this you just have to get some refills of the smaller products. i use Follicle plus 27 most the time since its super easy to spray on. but everything is good. if your hair is already thick, you might not need the conditioner because it makes it feel thicker after using, which could be great if you have thin hair. I think the system is the best way to start out if you're not sure what to get as it gives you a sample of everything. I guess they are supposed to work together for best results anyways. I'm 33- better to start using early than to wait to long.
